Visiting from the UK and stopped by Bass Pro Shops Store #438 on Roger’s Road — what a fantastic experience from start to finish. The customer service here truly stood out. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly, approachable, and genuinely happy to help. A special thank you to David, who went above and beyond to help us during our visit. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure we found everything we needed. It’s always appreciated when someone takes the time to provide such genuine and attentive service, especially when you’re visiting from overseas. David made the experience feel personal and memorable. The atmosphere throughout the store was warm and inviting, and you could tell the staff take pride in providing excellent service. Whether we were asking questions, browsing products, or looking for recommendations, everyone was professional and easy to talk to. A big thank you to David and the entire team for making our visit such a positive one. We’ll definitely recommend this location to friends and family visiting the area. Excellent customer service all around!

Honestly liked it better as a Cabela’s but it doesn’t seem that BPS has messed things up too bad… bought several guns from them, easy all electronic process, got approved while waiting. Fair prices… actually one of the cheapest ammo places in the area with their Herters brand ammo made by Winchester.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience here during some holiday shopping for my parents and myself. I found a beautiful knife to purchase for my father, and Gary was a pleasure to work with and conversate with. He helped me become a Club member, which led me to Steven and Holly, more great associates at this location. What they provided me during my time here was what every retailer strives to do, but many fall short. Not here. I am extremely thankful to them for doing everything they could to provide the best experience for me, and that will reverberate to my family in the products I purchased. I am eagerly anticipating my next visit, I hope you recognize these wonderful members of your team. It's the people who make all the difference, and they were incredible. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the Jenkins family. Thank you so much!!
